Refund policy

Due to our items being beauty products, at this time we do not offer refunds, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at chicezoticbody@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

PLEASE READ BELOW, IF TEMPERATURE IS 85 AND ABOVE WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM UNTIL THE TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 85 DEGREES. 

IMPORTANT: DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS,  ( MAY - END OF AUGUST) We will add a handling fee to each package as we have to pack your items with ice, to avoid melting, which will make your package heavier.  YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED VIA UPS, PLEASE BE SURE TO REMOVE YOUR PACKAGE; IF IT IS LEFT ON THE PORCH OR SOMEWHERE OUTSIDE, AS HEAT AND SHEA BUTTER IS NOT A GOOD MIXTURE AND YOUR SHEA BUTTER HAS A BIG CHANCE OF MELTING.
